I'm using Nexus 15.9 and I downloaded the collection of animated icons Spippy.
Unfortunately, the icons work and come alive only when the mouse hovers on them.
I think they should be always animated, or something does not work?

Right click the item with the animated icon, select 'Dock Entry Properties', click the 'Animation' button, disable 'Only animate on mouse over'.
