I sure don't miss the big pink. Alpha transparency rocks!

Was I the one that made a 1 pixel background? Because that totally sounds like something I would do.

The "About" screen is awesome! Don't hate you at all. made me laugh.

It was, however, the first thing I turned off. :-)

oh yeah, all that stuff. went to town on it. had a blast, got a t-shirt. :-)

Request: enable tabbing from setting to setting. was playing around with the "stretchable" settings in the background section. would have liked to tab to the next setting instead of having to click to it. in the interest of speed.

btw... very excited to see this out in the open. can't wait to get going on some themes.

Pfft. All the work I had implementing that stuff whenever I was bore.... err, thinking of your mental welfare for when you needed to take a break from all that skinning... :D

Eh? You can Tab from field to field.

Yeah, yeah, but in the mean time I couldn't resist taking a break from the Theme Builder (ya know, that is VERY VERY BORING work for me) and I'm adding a new... tcham tcham... Battery/UPS meter module! Getting new batteries for my two APC UPSs might have had something to do with it.

I have some cool ideas for it. :)

Jorge, two things. First, since it had an actual install and all, how come it doesn't show up in my Winstep folder in Nextstart (or my Windows Start menu, for that matter)?

Also, strange behavior: if I scroll down in the right (main) pane on a section and then select another section, the scroll bar doesn't update. It stays at the bottom even though I'm at the top of the new page. It also doesn't change size to match the overall size of the new page.

1. Because it's an alpha. I didn't bother making Setup create a shortcut icon in the Start Menu Programs group.

2. Normal windows behavior, that's how MDI forms behave.

Well, of course I can tab between settings. Now.
I know it's weird, but I couldn't the first time I went in and was playing around. Just opened it and tabbed away like a mad-man. haha

oh and I turned your amazing animation back on just to fiddle around :-) and to let you know your work is appreciated.

I've done technical help manuals before and Y-A-W-N!!

Jorge,
Just wondering about the progress on this as it's been pretty quiet about the subject for 1.5 months.

Got 'frozen' while I worked on the applications themselves (hey, I was bored and the feedback was minimal, lol).

But worry not, there will be no 'next release' without it - I just needed some time off the damn thing lol

For me, the issue is that I really need to get up to speed (as in use at all) Nexus. And the only part of the Theme Builder that really did anything was the Nexus section. So I need to get off my butt and set up at least one Nexus dock so I can play with it. And then I can play with the Theme Builder as it is now.

Might have to go back on what I said regarding this one, sorry.

So many changes were made to the core code in this release that the chances of bugs skipping past the beta testers are extremely high. The clock has also been ticking away and a new version is well past due.

Since the Theme Builder justifies a new release all by itself, I'm thinking that it's best to make a release without it now, then wait for any bug reports to come in all the while working on finishing the Theme Builder.

So the release after the next would essentially be a bug-fix/maintenance release + Theme Builder.
