Hi

I have installed the free version as a trial. A couple of questions, please. I have tried to search with no result.

Is it not possible to set up the Email Checker to access my Exchange email accounts? I can only see POP and IMAP. When I set up one with POP it tells me I have 19,000 new messages. On my work email account, I do not even know the POP settings. Isn't Exchange Server possible?

I am currently using Start10 and may want to continue to use it for now unless I buy Extreme. Is it possible to add a dock item that will open my Start10 menu?

Thanks

Norman

I hope this will work with Start10 also, I dont use it(start10) any more, it certainly works with plain start menu.

Thanks for answering but, unfortunately, that doesn't work. I use the Modern Style in Start10 but doing what you suggest just opens the Windows 10 start menu.

Hi
I made the item in the dock for the startmenu, and posted the video.
I then thought I would try start10 just to see.
I then installed start10(trial latest)
Then set the menu up as part of installing.
Then I tried it out and got as you did the Default win10 startmenu
I then set start10 to win7Clasic and tried that and I got the start10 clasic menu.

:Note there was a few reboots and stuff in there to, in the above steps but I got it to work.
:o Hohum maybe not for every version of install.

Edit:I think the key is to change start10 to a diferent style then change it back, I have "Moderen style" working here. :D

The 'Start Menu' internal command simulates a key press of the WIN key. If pressing the WIN key opens the Start10 menu, then so should clicking on the internal command.

Perfect! Thanks! Yes I had set the WIN key to open the Windows 10 start menu in Start10. I have now changed that and it works fine.

Are you able to answer my question in my first post about Exchange settings for the Email Checker?

Thanks again.

I have never used an Exchange server, sorry. It seems to work similar to an IMAP account, but I don't think the Email Checker will be compatible with it.
