I hate that stupid boing effect when opening the dock. Silly and unnecessary. I have had it disabled always. Since the last update, it's back. Still showing as disabled in options. I've tried enabling then disabling, quitting Nexus, rebooting the PC. No dice to all. Any other way to get rid of it? I just want the dock to slide open, no idiotic animations, just open and thats it.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great application. If I didn't like it, I would just forget it and go use something else. It's just that the boing effect is like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Known issue in v18.12:

The Disable final boing effect setting in Dock Properties -> Behavior tab -> Auto-Hide Settings is not doing anything. Instead you must use the same setting in the Sub-Docks dialog in the same tab (assuming you are running Nexus Ultimate or Winstep Xtreme).

Had no idea until now how many people actually used that setting lol

This is an actual bona fide bug: in v18.12 I turned some settings from per-dock into global settings (i.e.; apply to all docks) but I messed up with Boing in the Auto-Hide Settings dialog.

If you are running the free version of Nexus, however, get ready for some Registry editing.
