 Post subject: Dos command and resume from standby

Hello to everybody!!!!!!
I place before software I bought (winstep Xtreme 9.5) is excellent, I have 2 questions:
1) Can I load a Winstep Theme with a dos command line? For me it should be very important.
2) Why Nexstart appeares bad when my pc resume from standby?
