 Post subject: Create shortcut to Desktop doesnt work anymore

If I rightclick a program and send its icon to desktop, the icon wont show up.
What to do about it?

I just have Workshelf activated and only using the docks. Not even the shelf itself.

When exiting Workshelf the icons popup.

It solved after unchecking Hide icons at startup.
