 Post subject: Install problem with Winstep Xtreme

I'm on a Windows XP running AVG 2011 free. I had the Nexus dock free version installed, decided to try the trial Xtreme. Downloaded through Cnet, tried installing, getting an error msg when installing, then a different error msg when accessing the Start menu. I tried uninstall and reinstall. Haven't tried disabling AVG, though I ran a virus scan with clean results. Thoughts?

In the first screenshot, NextSTART wasn't running yet, and under Xtreme clicking the Start Button in the dock requires NextSTART running in order to show the menu (i.e.; it's not the Windows Start Menu that will be shown, but the main NextSTART menu).
