Looking to re-create a transparent menu, showing no icons.

I cannot seem to locate the transparent options in Nextstart that changes the background only and keeps the icons as opaque.

Can anyone assist?

Also, once this is completed, how can I save these settings as my own theme, rather than changing any themes that the sofware comes with.

With the new User Interface, most skinning settings were removed to make the UI simpler, as only a handful of users would ever need them.

Winstep is currently finishing a stand-alone program dedicated to skinning Winstep applications.
