 Post subject: Multiple instances of desktop modules?

The city where I work and the city where I live sometimes have very different weather. Is it somehow possible to have multiple instances of the desktop weather module (or any module for that matter) running concurrently to address situations like this?

It's on the to-do list.

However, don't expect that implemented so soon - it requires some extensive changes to internal structures.
