registration key

I bought a key for Winstep extreme and received it yesterday. I followed the instructions but get an error message saying "key invalid, corrupt or missing license key. I sent an email to support but did not get a reply. Please help

Normally I would deal with this by email, but, for the sake of others who might run into this issue, I'll troubleshoot this issue here, if you don't mind.

Please post a screenshot of your desktop displaying two things (if you can use a single screenshot to display both, the better):

1. WorkShelf Preferences open in the About tab.

2. An Explorer window displaying the contents of the Winstep Licenses key folder (open WorkShelf Preferences, go to the Registrations tab, click the 'Open Folder' button).

I have rectified the problem by uninstalling the program then downloading and installing the purchased one. Doing that fixed the problem. Thanks....
