So i'm browsing my files and pictures using nexstart menu coz its really convinient and comfortable. I also arrange things this way. So i wanted to delete somthing i right click it then press delete or drag it to recycle bin or recycle module.....

Which ever the case i can't delete it permenently without emptying the recyclebin? Any hints?

one other thing the recycle bin module doesn't show the full icon unless i access the original recycle bin. (doesn't work when you refresh). Is there anything i can try?
