I booted up this morning to be greeted with the message that theres an upgrade for Winstep Xtreme.

So I download it and it starts to run, but then stops with the message

"This upgrade can only be installed on top of an existing version of Winstep Xtreme. To download the full version please visit the Winstep web site at http://www.winstep.net"

Well seeming Winstep Xtreme was running and it is why I know theres an upgrade, whats the issue with the alert?

Oh, and after I click ok it just closes out....

Download the full version of Winstep Xtreme from the Winstep web site and install that on top. Don't forget to exit all running Winstep applications before running setup.

And don't worry, it won't reset your settings.
