Need a little advice on the renewal of my Home Network Licence please. I purchased a copy of Winstep Xtreme last year. While recently doing a rebuild of my main PC I download the latest version of the software from your web site. I installed this and it ran as the demo version as expected. I therefore used my licence key file I got when I purchased the software last year, but as my licence had expired it gave me the option to renew. I followed the prompts and purchased the upgrade, but the key I received was only for Single User License and not for a Home Network. Could someone please advise what I need to do please? I did send an email to support but as no reply has yet been received, I have done this forum entry as advised in the support page.

Anyway, don't worry about it, everything is as it should - the beauty of the Home Network license is that renewals cost the same price as those of the single user version. What really matters is your first purchase, and we have that on our records.
