i am a hyperdesk user, i love this stuff. but it would be cool to have a matching winstep xtreme theme. so is it possible for anyone here to create it?

creating a hypedesk like theme for nexstart, workshelf, and nexus should not pose a copyright issue as long as the graphics for them are not being copied from hyperdesk. walls, and icons for workshelf and nexus you would have to place from what is available in hyperdesk. modules / gadgets i don't know anything about. i don't use them.personall

Well, I've already created one, based on Hyperdesk Star Trek. If you check out my posts, you'll see several screenshots.
Actually, if you go ask Jeff (the owner of The Skins Factory), I'm sure he'll help you out. He told me, I *can* actually use graphics from the skin, as long as I mention where it came from. But you do have to ask, don't take it from me...
Oh... incidentally... the "for personal use only" argument goes out the window, if someone *else* makes the theme and gives it to you...
Personal use would be, you made it, you use it (like I did with my theme). But that's not what you're asking here, is it?

thanks so far guys. i will ask the owner of the skins factory for using those graphics. but when there is an ok from the owner, would somebody create it?

as i said as long as you don't open and or use any of the images in huperdesk you can make docks that will look good with the hyperdesk themes. there is nothing he can say about that. personally i hate hyperdesk, because depending on how a system is tweaked getting rid of parts of hyperdesk even using it's uninstaller or a 3rd party uninstaller doesn't work. mainly the logon screens do not like being replaced. i have had to fix the problem for a few people.
