I want to be able to run v9.5 with the builder in it and the newest version of Winstep Xtreme on the same machine.
Is this possible?
I am running Win7 64 bit.
Would I be able to create a new profile and run one version under a different profile and another version under another profile?

Yes, provided you rename the executables for v9.5 (e.g.; to nextstart2.exe). You should run one or the other, not both at the same time (i.e.; exit v12.2, run 9.5, exit 9.5, run 12.2), or you'll just end up confusing yourself.

Also, don't forget that whatever changes you make while running v9.5 will be there in v12.2, and some settings in v12.2, like icon sizes, might not be understood or available in v9.5.

I was actually thinking of running v9.5 in WinXP Pro and the later one in Win7 Ultimate.
That way I could keep them separate and use v9.5 to build new skins.

By the way, I am still working on a new skin so I hopefully can get a license from you for the new version.
I only have 28 more days on v9.5 before it will expire.
Would it be possible to get a license for v9.5 also when I create a new skin?
Just a thought.

Thank you for the information. I was having a similar query when I came caross this forum. I was trying to run both at the same time. Hopefully the way that has been suggested here will be able to find me out a solution.
