I am new to Winstep, literally. Can you create multiple docks or shelves for all the items located on your desktop (like the program FENCES)? If so do you create shelves or more docks? Thank you. Any help would be appreciated.

Winstep Xtreme is very different from Fences. It does not work with your Desktop icons, it works above the Desktop in the form of docks and the Shelf.

This said, under Winstep Xtreme you can have as many docks and Shelf tabs as you want, essentially, and populate them with shortcuts for your favorite applications.
