Hello, all.

I did renew my subscription to Ultimate as I said earlier in this topic, but the symptoms I reported still remain. Ultimate remains in trial mode and claims my key is corrupt. This has been going on for about 3 months now, and I can't change the configuration because the "trial" has expired.

It's been years since I started using this product and until last July I have been very satisfied with both it and the support I have received from Jorge. The mysterious lack of attention we have received since then has been disappointing, to say the least.

It's none of my business why this is so, but I would like to know if this product will ever again receive some attention so I can move on and stop checking the forums every time I get an email about a new post.

Open Nexus Ultimate Preferences, go to the Registrations tab, click the Open Folder button - this will open the Winstep licenses folder. Delete all files there and try again with the new key.

Houston, we have lift off!

I have tried this procedure before with no success. Perhaps the new WSxkey made the difference?

Hopefully, Ultimate will now remain registered. It was originally, and one morning when I booted up it had somehow reverted to trial mode and that was the start of my problem. I will keep an eye on it but I am optimistic again.

Wow, I can only assume that seeing it's about 6 months from my initial post about this and the response the a new beta is "coming soon" that support for this product has now all stopped. Too bad, I liked it when it worked like advertised. :(

It hasn't, although things have been a bit slower than usual here. :D

There's a new maintenance release coming out this month.
