Can we pretty pretty please get the animated icon customization we have in system tray for task bar as well?

I like replacing all my animated system tray icons with full size/color icons for each state. Doing it for the taskbar would be great too, for example the progress bar for downloading something that appears on IE/Firefox/etc, and the transfer bar for explorer windows, etc.
