Is anyone else having problems getting a reply from Winstep Support, or is it just me.

I've been trying to get a reply since April, all emails, messages and forum posts go unanswered.

Anyone else actually getting any support?

Well I never did get a reply.

Support round here is f****** atrocious.

I got my money back from BMT and have moved over to Stardock and an outfit who actually care about their product and customers.

Since I've been using Stardock I've had updates to several of the components, that's several updates to software in two months as opposed to absolutely NO updates to WinStep in one year.

I've also had a reply from Stardock Support the same day as opposed to NO replies from WinStep in SIX F****** MONTHS.
