I've already wrote to your payment partner. The have offered me a refund if you don't answer.
But actually i want to purchase the software.
I frequently buy software online and every time until now the transaction was automated and i got my license information within a few minutes. That's one of the big advantages of online software purchases.

Say, what is wrong with you? I see you irregular and randomly answering to forum posts, also at the time i wrote mine. But you seem to be very picky to which post you answer. And to which user you send a license.
This is by far the weirdest transaction i've ever done.

I will wait another few days until tuesday and if you still havent sent me my license i will get my refund and never visit the winstep site again.

(i know this software since many years but in past i've had quite a low income, so i've never managed to overcome myself to buy it finally)

Alright, i got my license.
I'm glad i didn't had to refund. I hope it won't be that difficult when renewing my license...

I bought Winstep Xtreme mainly for Winshelf and Nexus, as a replacement for Stardock's Object Dock, which has many annoying issues, like:

1. When having running programs displayed in the dock, it regular freezes for up to 15 seconds (!) on various circumstances, e.g. when closing one of the showed programs. Nexus doesn't freeze, no matter how many running programs are shown.

2. Object Dock doesn't has customizing options for system tray items. (e.g. icon replacement) Nexus has. (awesome!)

3. Nexus & Winshelf have much more customizing options in general then Object Dock and its shelfs. And some of them are very important to me.

4. Object Dock comes to foreground unintended all the time when the mouse comes only near the edge of the screen.
This is very disturbing when you have a dock at the bottom of the screen and a program has its main working area at the bottom.

The dock pops in all the time although i was half an inch away from the border.
Nexus only appear when you >really< touch the border. Of course you can also increase the distance in the settings menu, but who wants to do that? It's perfect as it is.
And this leads to the next point, an alternate way to handle this issue:

5: Hiding/unhiding the dock with hotkeys, in case it bothers right now. (awesome!) Object Dock can't do that. And they don't even react to a request for this feature.

And some other reasons i don't remember right now.

I love my Stardock Object Desktop Suite, especially Window Blinds, Deskscapes, Icon Packager, WindowFX and Fences, but its Dock part sucks extremely compared to Winstep. You should cooperate with Stardock and replace the lousy Object Dock programer. (who is also an external programer btw.)
