Can not Register my Nexus Ulitimate

Hi, hjt here, I am having trouble registering my Nexus Ultimate. The nexus key will not work when I install it. I get a pop up box saying Lic. Information is invalid. How can I get a license # that will work. I have sent a couple of e-mails to support@winstep.net but no reply.
Need help.

Hi Harold!

Can you please send me a screenshot of Nexus Ultimate Preferences open in the About tab?

Also, if possible also include (in the same screenshot or separately) a screenshot displaying the contents of the Winstep Licenses folder (you can access this folder by clicking on the Open Folder button in the Registration tab of Nexus Preferences).

And a *VERY* important question: did you download your copy of Nexus Ultimate from the Winstep web site? If not, that might be the reason you are unable to register it.

Hi, as per our forum conversation I downloaded my copy of Nexus ultimate from BMT Micro Orders, order # 6927499.
I tried to include screen shots that you ask for,
Had to send them to you as e-mail attachment.
