even if I do not see any compatibility above Windows server 2003 I have installed Winstep Extreme on a windows server 2008 R2 with 6 terminal users and it works.

I have registered the registration key in the Administrator account. Hope it has been accepted for all users.

I'll keep you informed about any problem will arise.

Hmmm, I do have one question for you: if I actually *removed* the server versions (in this case server 2003) from the compatibility list, would you assume that it being compatible with Windows 10 also makes it compatible with the upcoming Server 2016?

Otherwise I will have to add 'Server 2008', 'Server 2012' and now 'Server 2016' to the compatibility list, which would make for a very loooooong line of text indeed:

Compatible with: Windows 2000/2003 Server/XP/Vista/Server 2008/7/8.x/Server 2012/10/Server 2016

See what I mean?

Instead I would just drop the 'Server' from the current compatibility list, making the above much shorter and easier to read:

Compatible with: Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8.x/10

With you being (I assume) a system administrator, I would really appreciate your feedback on this.

here is my opinion:

Having declared a list of compatible OSes and not finding our os in it made me think: it is not compatible. Ii have purchased your product just basing on faith, my adventure spirit and with the blessing of VEEM which could recover our virtual machine the state before installing anything

Here are my version of your compatibilty list.

1) Compatible:

From Windows XP to 10; Windows Server 2000 to 2016

2) Compatibility list:

Windows: ALL; Windows Server ALL
(Windows 98 and ME not supported)

3) Compatibility list:

Windows Windows Server
XP 2000
Vista 2003
7 2008
8 2008 R2
8.1 2012
10 2016


I understand your doubts and I think it is possible to save space with this proposals.
