Tooltip for time on Analog Clock displays only 24hr

Tried searching for this issue but couldn't find anything. What I am wondering is if there is a way to tell the tooltip for the clock (when in analog mode) which displays the time, to be in 12hour format and not 24hour. I've gone into windows time/date settings already to make sure they're set there as I prefer, but it does not affect the tooltip of the clock.

Maybe I'm just overlooking something. ; )

In the WorkShelf clock settings, do you have "Display the time in 24 Hour format" checked?

That's strange, because the time in the clock tooltip uses the current *system* settings.

Anyway, I changed it so it obeys the 12/24 hour setting of the clock module.

Yeah it's odd. I would have thought but I am using Windows 10 the latest official build (I don't participate in the Insider builds) so maybe just some kind of kerfuffle.
