I'm using the latest version of Nexus dock on Windows 10: Build 14379.

I've noticed the running indicator doesn't work properly with the Opera icon. When I launch Opera, the indicator appears than disappears; this behavior is not exhibited with other running programs.

I've also noticed that the running indicator is always on for the Windows Explorer icon; it never disappears; this behavior is not exhibited with other icons on the dock.

I never actually used Opera, but my guess is that Opera uses an intermediate 'launcher' to launch the main application (check what the shortcut in the dock points to, then compare in the Details tab of the Windows Task Manager which executable is actually running - my guess is that the two will be different).

That being so, change the dock shortcut so that it runs the main Opera application instead of the 'Opera Launcher'.

Explorer is the shell, therefore Explorer.exe is *always* running.

Confirmed. I found the correct opera.exe and this corrected the problem. The windows explorer running all the time as shell is understood.

Thank you for your reply.
