Before posting my question, I searched for this forum for similar issues but found no relevant results. I am currently facing a problem where the Recycler icon in Nexus Ultimate Dock version 25.9 on Windows 11 24H2 does not update as expected, even after following the standard procedures of changing the icon. Here are the steps that I have attempted to update the recycler module Icon:
• Right clicking the Recycler module on the dock
• Selecting "Properties"
• Choosing a new icon
• Clicking "OK" to apply the change
Despite performing these steps, the Recycler icon may remain unchanged. I have also attempted to change the icon via Preferences > Module, but experienced similar results.

That's because the icon is being retrieved from the current theme.

Right click the Recycler module -> Theme -> (None)

You can also lock the theme to (None) in the same context menu.
