Does uploading to DA help WinStep at all? I have the account there. I just don't use it anymore (for sharing at least). I don't have a problem with using it if it helps WinStep though

Unless I discover the site is full of immature folks as I did the last time I shared with the site.

Yes, it does help - putting all your eggs in one basket is never a good idea... remember Skinz.org? When it went down it took with it hundreds of original and never again seen NextSTART and WorkShelf themes. I still have them all on CD (Shoggot was kind enough to grant me FTP access to the NS section before the whole site went down in flames) but without contacting each and every theme author, there is nothing I can do with it (and the themes do not have the email addresses of the authors, only their nickname).

Ooh! You may have a NextStart skin called 'Aluminiferous' then. I have something but possibly not everything (hard drive crash years ago). I wouldn't mind looking at that again. Maybe even updating it

And tonight I'll have a go at uploading to DA.

That took over three attempts. Each time I tried I got to the submit stage and then it showed me a warning that they were doing maintenance. I hope it worked!
