Just a thought on the new winstep 8.11....If there are any Winstep skinners out there, a winstep skin that looks just like Vista (or at least really close) would be awesome. While the skins that are there now are great, a Vista skin would have the effect of just turning on the superbar.....that would be neat.

I am sure some good skinner can do that pretty easy....however, I am on the opposite side of the fence. The reason I like WS (and any other skinned app) is to look different

But that is the great thing about this app! Make it what you want!

Does not seem like as many new skins lately....hopefully just some folks taking breaks. Maybe with later betas (and final release) of 8.11 will get some more skinning going.

Where can i go to learn more about creating skins for Winstep. I am really loving the functionality of Winstep extreme....... I have some experience with making windowblinds skins using skin studio. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

The best way is to read the skinning sections of the User Guides and examine other themes to understand how they were done.
