Using Windows Vista with the Nexus dock.

Ive created a url link, however, the error message when I click it is:

"there was a problem sending the command to the program"

Also,

The program link pulls up a:

"windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropiate permissons to access them."

OR

User Account Control
"a program needs your permission to continue"

And now the existing, "capture desktop" isnt working.

Nobody else has this problem. Sorry, but as I previously stated via Winstep support, that is an issue specific to your system and unrelated to Winstep Xtreme. IIRC, you can't even open the links in the About tab of WorkShelf and NextSTART Preference windows.

As I also pointed out, I suspect the problem is your Check Point AV security suite - try *temporarily* uninstalling it to see if this fixes this and other issues you've been having.

Ive uninstalled Winstep, you can keep the monies paid for this recent upgrade.

I'm sorry, but you refuse to believe the problem is not with Winstep software, and I can't fix whatever is wrong with your system - that is your responsability.

I'll get your upgrade subscription renewal refunded though.
