 Post subject: Selected Theme is not Applying

Hello, good morning.

need help.

my sister is using ultimate version but when we select a theme and hit the "apply" button nothing happens. her windows them is still the same. her operating system is Windows 7 Professional.

You do realize that Nexus Ultimate does NOT skin the windows of *other* applications, it only skins itself, right?
