It says on the web page to post here if download information is not received in 3 days. It is now 4 days since I paid for Nexus Ultimate.
I have not received my product email or response to any mails sent to you by myself or BMT Micro Orders, your payment processors.
I have contacted BMT and they are issuing a refund for me. They, unlike you, are swift, courteous and efficient.

I'm not sure how or why you think it is ok to run an internet business this way.
Your customer service is nothing short of appalling and just plain rude.
