Computer crash need some assistance

I had a recent problem which required a reset of my PC to factory standards and in the process I lost my activation key for winstep extreme I purchased last fall (sept-oct 2013) I have sent numerous emails to support and one to sales cause I have not heard back from support in 15 days. My trial version is almost expired and I need my activation code soon, is there a place where I can get this myself, an account where I can login or something of the sort. Please help
