Not exactly sure why I get no response from support about getting my license key emailed to me again but that is very crappy Customer Service. I have email multiple times including copies of the purchase emails attached to them and that still gets me nowhere.

So maybe the support forums can give me the exact protocols to follow to get them to answer a darn email. Obviously someone in the company is:

A: Overworked and has no time.
B: Lazy
C: Just don't give a crap.

...or...

D. The only email they have on support from this email address was sent last year, i.e.; on 17th of October 2013.

Not sure what the problem is/was, but I've forwarded to you a copy of the original email with your license key. Please let me know if you got it.

For your own convenience, license keys should always be backed up on local storage.
