I know Jorge will probably hate me, but I'm using Classic Start Menu, skinned by me. Also "up" button is my creation. Winamp skin by me (not quite ready, I'm working on that now, that's why there's some bits still not ready).
The WinStep skin is also made by yours truly, shelf, docks, context menus and also the "transporter" 'skin' of the top dock.
The drive icons are mine also, using Hard Disk Sentinel to provide usage data, hacked to my icons.
I do have to mention that the icons and some buttons are *adapted* by me, original design goes to The Skins Factory who made HyperDesk Star Trek. Pretty much all of the 'framework' is my creation from scratch, however it's made to resemble as closely as possible HyperDesk's skin. So all credit must go to them.
[incidentally, yes, I did ask them for permission]
Oh yeah, and the mouse pointers are made by me. CursorFX for that one.

My desktop surface is pretty much clean, since I very rarely get to see it anyhow. And I've got LCDstudio with a (bunch of) LCDs showing me various data, so I don't need things like rainmeter or samurize.
