How to make the dock not self-hidden when you click on the desktop with activated auto-hide option for maximized applications?

1. Is Auto-hide enabled?

2. Open the Windows calculator. Does the dock still hide automatically when you click on the desktop?

Yes, Auto-hide for maximized applications is enabled.
With the Windows calculator open, the dock still hide automatically when you click on the desktop.

Hmmm, not what I was asking, apologies for not being more clear. I mean the 'Auto-hide the dock after a short delay' setting in the Behavior tab of Preferences.

Ok, that rules out a possible culprit, thanks.

Ok, I managed to reproduce it here, thanks, although it doesn't seem to happen all the time! Still have to look at what is causing this.

It was indeed a bug, I fixed it and thank you for pointing it out.

I should release a public beta soon that fixes this and a couple of other bugs, so if you want to be automatically notified when it happens please make sure the option 'Notify me of beta (test) versions' is enabled in the Advanced tab of Preferences.
