I have not been able to determine a pattern, however several times a day NextStart just hangs, failing to respond on any left or right clicks on my task bar, and the floating systray disappears. Closing NextStart with Task Manager and restarting it brings back everything except the SysTray. I have to log out and log back in to regain full functionality.

This behavior has never happened with the previous release. Workshelf, however, seems to continue to work despite the status of NextStart

Hmmm... No idea... Myabe another program is hanging and taking NextSTART down with it?

Anyone else seen this?

NextStart is still randomly hanging, although only once every few days. This last crash I checked around for other hung processes or apps and there were none. I ended the NextStart process and restarted it. It restarted, however the floating systray was gone. I then exited WinStep Xtreme and my entire start bar and systray were nowhere to be found.

I then went into control panel (using Ctl-Esc to get my menu) and set the "auto-hide" for the taskbar on, then off. The StartBar reappeared, however the systray was still gone. Only logging back in would bring it back.
