Hi, i will made a new theme. but how i can do this ? Im a german and my english is bad, but i try.Where i can get the Winstep Theme builder ? Thans and have a nice week

There currently is no 'Theme Builder' and it may well be quite some way in the future before we'll see one. In the meantime, themes can only be created by editing the configuration files directly - definitely not recommended for beginners and even less so in the absence of a reasonable command of the English language.
