Start menu doesn't show properly

The start menu doesn't show in one click. When i click the window key/start icon, nothing happens (although the window focus seem to change but start menu doesn't show up) It only shows up when I press the window key/start icon multiple times.

I'm using nexus dock on windows 10 21h2

Do you mean the Start Menu internal command on the dock (right click the icon, select Dock Entry Properties, in the Item Properties dialog, does it say item type "Internal Command" and command "Start Menu" ?

I just tried it on a Windows 10 machine and I see no issues, the Windows Start Menu opens the first time I click on the icon in the dock.

Or do you mean the actual Windows Start Menu icon in the Windows taskbar?!
