 Post subject: Requested SUPPORT by email - but no response?

Has anyone else requested support but no one gets back to you? I've been trying to locate my ** "wsxkey" file from emails but cannot locate it. I simply asked for a replacement even sending the ABOUT screenshot to them.

** I need this file resent to me, because it was accidentally opened (but NOT Saved) in notepad - because I was trying to see if info was in there i.e. "About Registered User"? PLUS I cannot locate it in my old emails, anywhere.

Maybe the file is OK, maybe someone here can give me a tip?

You should have read THIS FIRST, before anything else. As for your not being happy with the support here, heck, this is a one-man outfit, what did you expect!? Immediate response from a multi-national major developer? Sorry, this is the real world.

Opening the file would have corrupted it, so you need to wait patiently until you receive a replacement.

Hi Andrew! Apologies, I was away for an extended weekend and temporarily unable to reply to emails sent to Winstep support, including the one you sent on Saturday.

Anyway, I'm not sure what the problem is other than wanting a copy of the original email with your license key (which I just forwarded now)? The screenshot of the About screen you sent shows the software as registered.

My apologies as well, I did not know this was a 1 man show! Your website emits a large "company" image! :)
