When i have the Windows start menu associated with the start button, whenever the monitor resumes from standby or after exiting a screensaver, the start menu is painted off screen below the start button the first time the start button is used. I know this has something to do with the screen being re-painted as it also does this after playing games that cause the screen to be redrawn.

Will have to look into it more carefuly to figure out why it's happening.

Anyway, I expect that with the larger usage base we will find a few more minor bugs in 8.11 that will deserve a 8.12 bugfix release.

Fixed the issue for 8.12.
