This winstep does not seem to be working with my comp very well can i get a refund i have not yet recieved an activation code and i dont really want one even though i paid for it so can i get a refund?

I just dont see how 2 diff tool bars is worth 30 bucks mabye im not seeing all the features?

For the benefit of others, let me stress that Winstep Xtreme gives users a fully functional 30 day trial. This is plenty of time to evaluate Xtreme and decide if it fits the user's needs before he commits to purchasing it.

You might also not be aware of this, but refunds have expenses associated with them: software companies actually end up *paying* real money for the 'privilege' of allowing a user to change his mind after the fact.

On top of that, once a license key is sent, it cannot be taken back.

Anyway, lets see if we can deal first with whatever problems you seem to be having with Winstep Xtreme. Care to elaborate more, please? It's obvious you haven't started exploring Xtreme properly yet if you think it's just 'two different toolbars'.

I tried to puchase Winstep Xtreme Basic, but I was also charged for the non-basic, is there a way to be refunded for the non-basic edition? I have the receipt still upon request
