is possible to drag and drop out of bar to remove link of program? thanks!

No, because Nexus offers true drag & drop (drag a shortcut from the dock into the Desktop and you create a shortcut in the Desktop to that item).

You can do the next best thing, though: drag the dock item into the Recycle Bin module *on the dock* (NOT the Windows recycle bin, as that will not recognize Winstep items) and drop it there.
