I bought Xtreme on the 28th July and I have not received the registration info from you yet.

Order ID: 4976238

Yes I did check all my folders including the Junk folder and no sign of your ever sending it.

Hi Nathan!

Although your license key was sent on the 29th, I just looked into this and the email with your license key bounced back with the following error:

The following message to <******@*********> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [212.113.174.24] blocked using bl.anythingemail.com'

Seems to me like your ISP is blocking emails from the mail server used to send Winstep messages. I've just re-sent your license key, but, if this is true, it will just be blocked again.

Do you have another email address we can use? If so, please send it to me in a Private Message. I'll also ask BMT Micro to re-send the email from their side - hopefully one of us will get through.

Hey Jorge thanks for the reply...

Something is strange on your end as I still have not received even your second send attempt. The strange part is that I did receive an email alert from the forum that you had replied to my question and the email came from "support@winstep.net"

The mystery is why can the forum "auto alert" email get thru to me but the registration info email seems blocked?

Anyway.... I sent you a private message with another email address to try... Hopefully it does not present a problem as well...

Unfortunately not that strange (the forum uses a different email server, by the way). Read THIS post to understand better what is happening.

Anyway, I've re-sent to your Gmail account.
