 Post subject: Media command button issues

So, I have the free nexus dock, and I was thinking of using it as an accessible control for my media player on my computer among other things. Unfortunately, the internal command media buttons do absolutely nothing. I am using the Zune software on windows 7. Am I just doing something wrong, or is this a compatability issue?

The Media buttons are only compatible with the Windows Media Player and WinAmp, sorry.
