Those screenshots were made by the author of the original RocketDock themes. Although you can make that type of 'skin' for the Winstep clock widget, I don't think one exists currently.

Check out the one I use. It has various settings that allow the seconds to slide north and south as I have in the video, change the size, color and format of the clock among other features. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=laNfsIeJebY
