I tried searching but didn't find anything. On Nexus Ultimate, I have the start command on my dock. Whenever I click it, the start menu pops up but disappears whenever I move my mouse. Any ideas why?

The Windows Start menu will automatically disappear as soon as you click elsewhere *or* another windows grabs focus/comes to the foreground.

By default the dock is also set to come to the foreground if you mouse over it for a certain amount of time. My guess is that you set this delay to the minimum.

Open the Dock Properties dialog for that dock, go to the Behavior tab, click the Advanced button. Either disabling 'Popup dock on mouse over' or increasing the pop up delay should solve the problem.
