Only one thing: I marked [made active] an option "Prevent maximized windows from overlaping the docks" in order to look my Win7 more like OS. And it looks fine! Only be aware that if option "Respect space reserved by other docks" also turned on the Win7 windows if maximized begin jumping up and down a little on the bottom edge of the screen where window edge and upper dock edge touch each other. So U need turn off "Respect space reserved by other docks" to prevent this window bottom ege jumping and shaking....
