 Post subject: Unable to obtain Nexus registration information

Hello,
I need help obtaining my Nexus Ultimate Home Network registration information. I have tried sending e-mail directly to sales@winstep.com and support@winstep.com with no success. My order ID is 5360733. I would gladly appreciate it ff any of the admin's in this forum could help me out. I have been trying for more than a week to get this information.

Your license key was sent on the 9th. Have you checked your spam folder already?

I've also replied to your messages sent to support, but you seem to not be getting my replies.

I'll ask BMT Micro to forward the email with your license key from their side. Please let me know if you don't receive it within the next 24 hours. :D

I just go an e-mail informing that you replied and also received the registration e-mail too. Thank you for responding.
