Hey Jorge,

I renewed my subscription for Nexus Ultimate on the 18th and have not received a new key as of yet. I was just wondering if there was an issue with my order? I have received a receipt from BMT Micro but nothing else as far as I am aware of. I have emailed support@winstep.net and also have sent you a private message about this and have gotten no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your renewal license key was sent to your charter.net address on the 19th. Now I'm beginning to worry about the mail server.

I've just sent another license key to that address, can you please confirm receiving it?
