Hi,

I don't want to be disrespectful, but I bought your product last night after reading all about it on the site, only after I've parted with my money do I find out things take one to two days to process...

No response from any email address, or in here.

I appreciate maybe you have another day job or something so I'll be patient.

But please, change the website information, it's misleading and unfair to say "immediately" when it's obviously not automated or instant.

I've also bought Objectdock now, and I'm not being sarcastic or argumentative, but they processed my order, my payment, and gave me the goodies "immediately".

I was going to ask for a refund on that basis and especially now I've bought something elsewhere, but I'm still interested in seeing what the extras are in Nexus Ultimate, so please process my request.

(Though some sort of gesture of goodwill or reduction in price wouldn't be a bad thing!)

You don't ask, you don't get.

You should have your Nexus Ultimate license key by now.

The same page you show an image to above also clearly states the following at the bottom:

"NOTE: Registration information is normally sent within a few hours but, in some rare cases, it might take up to 48 hours. If you do not receive your license key after 3 days, please contact us at support@winstep.net and we'll be glad to check on your order."

The receipt you got from BMT Micro also states the same thing: 'please allow up to 48 hours...'

In your case, because yesterday was Sunday, it took about 24 hours. As I already explained many times here, Winstep license keys are personalized and, as such, have to be processed manually. This has obvious implications, although normally license keys are issued in the same day or even the minute a purchase notification is received. :D

Since, unlike Winstep Xtreme, Nexus Ultimate does not have a fully functional trial (other than the limited free version), I do understand your impatience - but that's as far as it goes. You paid and you received the goods you paid for well within the specified and reasonable (48 hours) time frame, so there is nothing strange or dubious going on here.

Even Stardock is not immune to delays, as THIS THREAD with 112 posts at Wincustomize proves. :D

I wouldn't mind waiting 48 hours if that is how long it actually takes. I love the products this company makes so I will always use them but I have NEVER received product info in 48 hours or less. It is always 3 days or more and usually only after I email Winstep about the delay. Like I say I would have no problem if it was 48 hours or less but it always turns out a much longer wait than is advertised.

The last thing I bought was the upgrade to Nexus Ultimate and guess what, I am well over the 48 hour waiting period and still no codes and of course being Friday, if it doesn't happen today I will most likely have to wait till Monday I am guessing. Love the company and its products but this is unacceptable.
