Hey fellow Winstep enthusiasts. I purchased a license in 2011 that has since expired. I lost my license number when my hard drive crashed and I had to install a new one. Since then I have emailed Winstep Sales and Customer Support at least 8 times trying to get help reregistering but not once has anyone from Winstep answered any of my email requests for assistance. Without this license number I cannot reregister without having to pay the full fee. Can someone please help me contact a Winstep rep. to get some help here. This is so frustrating. I've been using a trial version which expires today. I just don't understand why nobody from Winstep is responding to my emails requests for help.

Thanks all!

John

warzybok, if you had contacted support eight times you would have received a response unless there is a problem with your email address. if you actually purchased winstep you know you received a .key file and not a license number. three things i would suggest: first check your spam folder if you haven't to see if any responses went into it. second send jorge aka winstep a pm here with your correct email address, complete name, purchase date and time, if you used a credit or debit card you can get the order number from your bank. lastly fix your email, i'm assuming here but i believe you meant hotmail. if so you can pretty much bet if you had it wrong when you contacted customer support they didn't even notice, and since with most of those services if a email doesn't get delivered they have no idea cause the delivery falied notice goes to a email account that is never checked. hope this helps

warzybok, a bit of advice. You should use the Edit feature and remove your e-mail address. I'm sure that when Jorge (Winstep) sees this thread he will remove it to protect your privacy, but it's better you do it before such time as the longer it's present the more your privacy is at jeopardy.

John, I see you renewed your Winstep Xtreme subscription on the 18th of July, after you posted this message, so I guess that solved your problem?

Apologies for the lack of a timely reply.
